Tom’s coaching experience spans from youth leagues to high school programs, where he's known for creating a positive, disciplined, and competitive environment. He specializes in building strong fundamentals, game intelligence, and mental toughness in his players—traits forged through years of mentoring and managing high-stakes teams in both law enforcement and the military.

As the founder of Thomas Gibson Enterprises, Tom’s mission is simple: develop confident, skilled athletes and empower coaches with the tools to lead. Whether he's training a beginner or consulting with a coaching staff, Tom brings unmatched energy, structure, and heart to every session.

Sara Gibson brings both heart and high-level experience to the court. A former college basketball player, Sara’s love for the game runs deep—and so does her passion for teaching the next generation. With a strong foundation in competitive play and a natural gift for connecting with young athletes, she specializes in breaking down the game into teachable, relatable moments that stick.

As a mother of five boys, Sara knows firsthand how to motivate, challenge, and inspire youth athletes. Her coaching style blends patience with purpose, creating an environment where kids feel confident to grow, make mistakes, and get better every day.

Sara is especially passionate about fundamentals, footwork, and developing basketball IQ—helping players build skills that translate to every level of the game.

Whether it’s a first-time dribble or a step-back jumper, Sara brings energy, experience, and encouragement to every session.
